Martha Haylett
Since November 2022, I’ve had the absolute pleasure of representing the people of Ripon in the Victorian Parliament.
I’m a Creswick local who grew up on a dirt road in central Victoria.
I care deeply about our community - and the people who call it home.
I stood for Parliament to represent Ripon because I believe that our community deserves a strong voice in Parliament. Someone who will fight for great public schools and hospitals, TAFE, local roads, and secure jobs.
In my professional life, I’ve worked hard to deliver affordable housing, employment support and better transport for thousands of people in rural and regional Victoria.
I am passionate about building more social and affordable housing, expanding access to mental health services, supporting our farms and businesses, fixing our roads, and boosting education and employment opportunities across our region.
It is the honour of my life to serve the people of Ripon and I will work hard every single day to amplify rural and regional voices in the Victorian Parliament.
I look forward to working with you to make our region an even better place to live.
